Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Yes. External USB-A and USB-C ports connect to a hidden battery sleeve inside the expansion gusset, so your power bank stays with you in the cabin, as airline rules require. Bring your own power bank (not included), drop it in the sleeve, and charge without opening the bag. Port output specs: USB-A 5V / 2A (10W); USB-C 9V / 3A (27W).

The lock ships set to 0-0-0. To set your own code: turn the dials to 0-0-0, remove the zipper pullers from the lock, press the reset button on the side of the lock with a pen until it clicks, choose your combination, then press or slide the release button. Write the code down somewhere safe. If you get stuck, our customer service team can help.

If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hard shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance. The full-grain leather trim needs no special treatment; wipe it with a dry cloth.
