Deze softside tas is gebouwd om te blijven, vervaardigd uit robuust, vlekbestendig ballistisch nylon en gevoerd met waterafstotend ECOFAB™ materiaal gemaakt van 100% gerecyclede plastic flessen - wat helpt milieuafval te verminderen.

Herroepingsrecht

Vanaf het moment dat u het product ontvangt, heeft u 14 kalenderdagen de tijd om het kosteloos te retourneren, waarna het door de klant betaalde bedrag wordt terugbetaald.

Deze garantie is bedoeld voor de oorspronkelijke koper of de ontvanger van deze Travelpro®-bagage op het grondgebied van de EU. Deze garantie en alle bijbehorende impliciete garanties zijn geldig voor een totale periode van 5 jaar nadat de oorspronkelijke koper of de ontvanger het product voor het eerst heeft aangeschaft/ontvangen. Een aankoopbewijs is vereist om de toepasselijkheid van deze garantie te bevestigen. Bewaar de originele kassabon of registreer uw product (aanbevolen) op https://global.travelpro.com/reg als uw aankoopbewijs.

De Travelpro®-garantie van 5 jaar is alleen van toepassing op consumenten; dat wil zeggen, de natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die handelt buiten een zakelijke of professionele activiteit om.

Item not shipped & zero customer service help

"I ordered 2 carry-on spinners and 1 tote bag. The tote bag didn't ship but Travel Pro showed it shipped and was delivered. I started with their AI assistant on their website which wasn't helpful at all. Then I contacted customer support explaining that I got both pkgs/tracking #'s that they showed shipped and that I had also checked inside both carry-ons to see if the tote was nested inside. They obviously didn't even read what I sent and only sent a worthless canned response that said to check side doors etc for the missing pkgs (which I stated I had received) and to check the baggage for nesting (which I had stated I had already done). Also on 12/05, I received an automated shipping confirmation that my order had shipped and to expect delivery on 12/11, but the delivery was on 12/05 which was the day of email that said it had just shipped. They obviously have admin issues and extremely poor customer service. I had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer to resolve the issue."
