It's easy to roll, lightweight, the telescoping handle has been sturdy, and I even had to check it once, and this suitcase made it without a scratch or scuff mark. However, there is one thing that really bothers me a lot. Most clamshell suitcases offer 1 zipped side and one loose side with elastic straps to secure your items. Having 2 zippered sides really limits how much you can fit in this suitcase. There is definitely wasted space. What's the point of expanding the suitcase when the part that expands is between the zippered compartments?? I really wish they went with the elastic strap system. I just went on a 3 day business trip, and barely fit my items, and I'm excellent at packing. I was hoping it would be enough space, but I truly hate the 2 zippered sides. Travelpro, if you update this model, please use the strap system on 1 side in the future!! If it wasn't for that, I'd give this a 5. Other models have the straps on one side. I would think straps would be more cost effective so I'm not sure why they went with that design."
