Damaged

"This was purchased as a gift. The box was in fair shape with minimal damage. The carry-on spinner looked great until it was opened. The liner was unzipped exposing the handle supports showing zip ties and foam inserts. The zipper to close the liner was broken (no pull tab). I contacted Travelpro regarding the issue and was advised that the item was a reduced price clearance item. As such, no refund or exchange option was available. They deemed a broken zipper to be cosmetic. Apparently, it was not a warranty item."

"This is my second purchase of the Travelpro in recent months and my first spinner. The first thing you will notice is how light the suitcase is. After recently flying internationally the Travelpro fit the tight airline rules on carry-on size and was light enough to travel with ease. It has plenty of room for all your needs and has a built- in lock which was a bonus. Very happy with my purchase."
