Orders are dispatched from our UK and Netherlands warehouses Monday to Friday. Average delivery is 2 to 5 working days.
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all hangtags.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. The link can take up to 48 hours to activate.
Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Maxlite, Versapack+, Pilot and Crew Classic carry a 5 year warranty; Platinum Elite carries 10 years.
Submit a repair request through our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and arrange any required shipping.
Orders shipped outside the UK or EU may be subject to local VAT, customs duties or handling fees billed by the carrier.
