Will this fit under an airline seat?

It is designed for the space under the seat in front of you: it measures 25 x 41 x 23 cm overall. Underseat clearance varies by aircraft and seat position, bulkhead and some window seats have less room, so on smaller regional aircraft it may need the overhead bin instead.

If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric.

Item not shipped & zero customer service help

"I ordered 2 carry-on spinners and 1 tote bag. The tote bag didn't ship but Travel Pro showed it shipped and was delivered. I started with their AI assistant on their website which wasn't helpful at all. Then I contacted customer support explaining that I got both pkgs/tracking #'s that they showed shipped and that I had also checked inside both carry-ons to see if the tote was nested inside. They obviously didn't even read what I sent and only sent a worthless canned response that said to check side doors etc for the missing pkgs (which I stated I had received) and to check the baggage for nesting (which I had stated I had already done). Also on 12/05, I received an automated shipping confirmation that my order had shipped and to expect delivery on 12/11, but the delivery was on 12/05 which was the day of email that said it had just shipped. They obviously have admin issues and extremely poor customer service. I had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer to resolve the issue."
