"I’ve used this cooler for a month and a half and it’s already got holes worn through the bottom corners of it from regular use (see photo). Not to mention it doesn’t keep my food cold, and the condensation from using ice packs seeps through the lining and soaks through to the outside of the cooler. I called travel pro and they won’t return it because it’s used, even though it obviously won’t last. Very disappointed."

"I am a Flight Attendant and I loved this cooler except that it becomes virtually useless when the plastic liner cracks when it gets cold. What? It's a cooler so the point is to keep the inside cold so food does not spoil. I have asked to buy a replacement and Travelpro does not offer one. I believe this is a defect in the manufacturing of this bag and should be covered under the warranty but I was told no. I have a perfectly good cooler but no plastic liner to protect the fragile insulation."
"Love the bag and the fact that the new model has a liner that comes out for easy cleaning. The liner is thin however and after a short time has several holes. Very disappointing that a product made for commercial use and supposidly with a good warrenty program is not repairable or replaceable."
