This warranty and any corresponding implied warranties are valid for a 5 year total period after the original purchaser or gift recipient acquired/received the product in the first place. "Things I like: - Very spacious/deep. I put 30 pounds of clothing in it for a test run and had lots of space left. - Easy to roll/handle. - Materials look like quality Things I don't like: - I wish the included lock was 4 digits instead of 3. - I'm concerned that the shell is not hard at all. My previous luggage had a harder shell but was still flexible. - The inside straps don't seem well designed. They don't strap all the stuff down like my old gear, and if I don't have a lot of stuff, the latches wind up being all the way at the bottom, I can't reposition the latches so they're always on top. - I wish this came in gray to match one of my carry-on piece. Seems like this would be a common request??"

Smaller than expected

"I love Travelpro. My very old large roll on is need of an update. I thought this piece would be the same size but it is smaller and might not meet my needs. Now I’m looking at the large Platinum Elite but I don’t need the suiter. Nor does the Platinum come in the Sage color that would match my other pieces. Torn on what next to do. ."

PERFECT!

"I recently purchased the 4 piece set of the VersaPack+. I just used tote and the compact carry-on for a 4 day trip. I LOVE this 4 pc set. I am so impressed with the room these two pcs had for everything I wanted to take! So much organization, I knew right where everything was. When my sister saw my set and all of the wonderful inserts and all the ways you can use it, she immediately ordered the same 4 pcs I have! It is a perfect set of luggage!!!!"

Malfuctioning lock and poor customer service

"The TSA lock does not work properly. I sent a message through the website on 12/27/25 and have never had a response. I called customer service and was told to take the bag to an airport TSA and have the bag unclocked. Did that (had to pay to park and what an experience that turned into) and then called Travelpro customer service to walk through resetting the pin (3 phone calls) and was told to watch the video on Travelpro website. Have followed those instructions and the arrow/release button does not move. I had to borrow luggage for my trip. Hours have been spent on this. Submitted a warranty claim 12/31/25. I will wait to see if they stand by this product."

Travel Pro VersaPack Check-In

"The one thing I would change would be to add padding on the bottom handle. When I pick it up and it’s heavy, the plastic part digs into my hand. Briggs and Riley have a nice built in handle. Also, the zipper on the inside top could be a middle zip instead of all around zipper. Things tend to fall out when I open it."

Storage nightmare

"The large spinner is too small to contain the medium spinner. This set does not nest. Before buying the carry-on spinner in the medium spinner, I went to the Travelpro store in Ellenton Florida. I was told that the information I read in a review was incorrect and all three pieces would nest, fit inside one another. I got the carry-on and medium Spinners on that day. I waited a few months and when the large spinner went on sale for Black Friday I ordered it. And they do not nest. I would not recommend this unless you have extra space just the store a lot of random pieces of luggage. This was very disappointing. I don't know what I'm going to do because it is very stylish. But the design is flawed. If you go into a Travelpro store, don't believe everything they tell you. Also, with regard to the warranty, there's only one set with a full warranty and that is the top of the line set. The rest of the Travel Pro Line has a standard warranty or no warranty at all. This is also disappointing. The good thing is that the luggage is pretty and girlish. I am stuck with it now. I hope this review will make people reconsider the versapack and if you are dead set on Travel Pro you need to check all of the pieces and see that they fit into each other before you buy it."
