Deze garantie is bedoeld voor de oorspronkelijke koper of de ontvanger van deze Travelpro®-bagage op het grondgebied van de EU. Deze garantie en alle bijbehorende impliciete garanties zijn geldig voor een totale periode van 10 jaar nadat de oorspronkelijke koper of de ontvanger van het cadeau het product voor het eerst heeft aangeschaft/ontvangen. Een aankoopbewijs is vereist om de toepasselijkheid van deze garantie te bevestigen. Bewaar de originele kassabon of registreer uw product (aanbevolen) op https://global.travelpro.com/reg als uw aankoopbewijs.

"I love everything about this International size carryon. Sadly I had to return it because it just wouldn’t fit all the carryon items that fit in my older Rimowa (same size). I tested it by packing the amount of filled packing cubes I would need for my upcoming trip and fitting them into the Rimowa as the ‘gold standard’. The inside of this TravelPro case, seems a little more padded and therefore the interior was a little too small and one of the smaller packing cubes would not fit as a result. I ended up choosing the Quince small carryon although esthetically I prefer the TravelPro because everything fit easily in the Quince with a little room to spare. On the whole, I highly recommend TravelPro products. If you are taking just a short excursion 3-7 days and if you are a packing expert, you wear a lot of merino garments and you don’t take more than 1 spare pair of shoes, this will be just great but I am going for 16 days (carryon only) on a European River Cruise and City exploration and this is not quite big enough internally. I always go with carryon only so I play the game of packing Tetris every time and I couldn’t make this work. return process seems uncomplicated."

"First, there are some really great things about this suitcase. It's easy to roll, lightweight, the telescoping handle has been sturdy, and I even had to check it once, and this suitcase made it without a scratch or scuff mark. However, there is one thing that really bothers me a lot. Most clamshell suitcases offer 1 zipped side and one loose side with elastic straps to secure your items. Having 2 zippered sides really limits how much you can fit in this suitcase. There is definitely wasted space. What's the point of expanding the suitcase when the part that expands is between the zippered compartments?? I really wish they went with the elastic strap system. I just went on a 3 day business trip, and barely fit my items, and I'm excellent at packing. I was hoping it would be enough space, but I truly hate the 2 zippered sides. Travelpro, if you update this model, please use the strap system on 1 side in the future!! If it wasn't for that, I'd give this a 5. Other models have the straps on one side. I would think straps would be more cost effective so I'm not sure why they went with that design."
"I received this suitcase in a damaged cardboard box with a scratch on the face of the suitcase. I submitted a claim to have it replaced and provided additional photos as requested via email. Since then I have not heard back from customer service. At this point I just want to return the suit case completely."
