"The shipping was fast and efficient. I primarily contacted the TravelPro customer care team about this ba. Although I wanted it in a different colour, the allotted timeframe left me stuck at a crossroads: I needed another bag, and the available colours were either black or royal blue, whereas I originally wanted champagne. I cannot fault the company for this, though, as I realize they are a well-sought-after brand of travel bag, and as such, I commend them on the efficiency of the order, as when I contacted customer service and did a little research, it was supposed to be at my dorm room within approximately two weeks, and I received it within a week.
