"The one drawback to this bag is that the strap connections are on an angle. I love the bag, looks great, easy access to my laptop and/or books without having to open the full bag. It is compact though and can get heavy depending on what you pack in it. Having your laptop or books on one side makes it kind of lean over and unbalance which can be bothersome. I hate the diagonal connecting cross body/shoulder strap. Makes for an awkward carry sometimes but not a deal breaker. Surprisingly, the option to unsnap the sides for a bit of additional room is quite helpful and a great feature."
