What are the exact dimensions?

It measures 31 x 46 x 13 cm. It weighs 0.5 kg and holds 24 litres.

Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a cabin bag?

On most airlines a bag like this travels as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size cabin bag in the overhead bin. Budget carriers can be strict about second-bag sizes, so check your airline's personal item dimensions to confirm. Our airline guide lists cabin bag rules by carrier.

How much does it hold?

The listed capacity is 24 litres at 0.5 kg empty.

Will it fit my laptop?

Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 16 inch (about 41 cm) screens. That covers virtually every mainstream laptop: the 16-inch MacBook Pro, MacBook Air 13 and 15, Dell XPS up to the XPS 16, Microsoft Surface Laptop, and 14 to 16 inch ThinkPad models, plus anything smaller. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start a claim through our customer contact form with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase, or make sure your product is registered in our database. If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. You can also verify the coverage for your collection on our Warranty & Repair page.

How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric.

What warranty does this come with?

Travelpro products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, on top of your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. See our Warranty & Repair page for the coverage that applies to this product, plus a 14-day free returns period if you change your mind.
