Great suitcase - just not as stable as others
"I love the suitcase, especially the padded top and side handles. It just is not possible to put a bag on top and use all 4 wheels. It will topple."

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions, the packing body only, are 48 x 38 x 20 cm. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55 x 40 x 20 cm. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will this bag fit my airline's cabin size limits?
Its overall dimensions including wheels and handles are 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Published cabin bag limits for major European airlines:
| Airline | Published cabin bag limit |
|---|---|
| Ryanair | 55 x 40 x 20 cm |
| easyJet | 56 x 45 x 25 cm |
| British Airways | 56 x 45 x 25 cm |
| Lufthansa | 55 x 40 x 23 cm |
| Air France | 55 x 35 x 25 cm |
| KLM | 55 x 35 x 25 cm |
By the published numbers it fits within the cabin bag limits at Ryanair, easyJet, British Airways and Lufthansa. Airlines measure the overall size, wheels and handles included, and policies change, so always check your carrier before travel. Our airline guide covers more carriers. And if it does not work out, you can return it free within 14 days of receipt.
Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
Is it water resistant?
Yes. The exterior fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy pavements and daily wear.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start a claim through our customer contact form with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase, or make sure your product is registered in our database. If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. You can also verify the coverage for your collection on our Warranty & Repair page.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric.
What warranty does this come with?
This product is covered by the Travelpro® 5 Year Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship, on top of your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law, plus a 14-day free returns period if you change your mind.
