Damaged

"This was purchased as a gift. The box was in fair shape with minimal damage. The carry-on spinner looked great until it was opened. The liner was unzipped exposing the handle supports showing zip ties and foam inserts. The zipper to close the liner was broken (no pull tab). I contacted Travelpro regarding the issue and was advised that the item was a reduced price clearance item. As such, no refund or exchange option was available. They deemed a broken zipper to be cosmetic. Apparently, it was not a warranty item."

After recently flying internationally the Travelpro fit the tight airline rules on carry-on size and was light enough to travel with ease.
