Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions, the packing body only, are 64 x 46 x 28 cm. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 69 x 47 x 29 cm. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will I owe oversize fees on this bag?
Airlines add height, width and depth together for checked bag limits. This bag measures 138 cm total by case dimensions and 145 cm including wheels and handles. The standard checked bag limit on most airlines is 158 cm. This bag sits within that limit. More detail in our luggage size guide.

How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric.
