If you’re travelling with Iberia on an upcoming flight, it is essential to know the airline´s baggage allowance and fees. Here is an overview of what you need to know. 

Hand Luggage Allowance

Iberia allows all passengers to bring one piece of hand luggage and one small personal item, such as a handbag or laptop, on board. The hand luggage must not exceed dimensions of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, and the small item must not exceed 40cm x 30cm x 15cm. Both items can not exceed a weight of 23kg.

Excess Baggage Fees

If your hand luggage exceeds the allowed dimensions, it will be checked into the hold and added to your checked baggage allowance. However, if your checked baggage exceeds the allowance, you will be charged the airport’s excess baggage fees.

Be sure to check your baggage before your flight to avoid any additional fees.
