If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hang tags still affixed to the product as delivered. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
