FlightCrew™ 5 24" Expandable Rollaboard®

A favourite among cargo crew and ideal for longer trips, the Travelpro® FlightCrew™ 5 24” Expandable Rollaboard® delivers on size, strength and smart features. Designed with input from pilots and crew members, this large-capacity bag combines commercial-grade durability with the practical organisation needed for demanding professional use. A zippered expansion option adds up to 5 cm (2”) of additional packing space when required. Please note: this 24” model exceeds standard carry-on size restrictions for commercial passenger airlines.

Offering generous packing capacity, the bag includes two exterior front pockets and a large, reinforced gusseted back pocket for quick access to key items. The spacious interior features a full-length mesh pocket and garment pocket in the lid, along with one top and two side mesh pockets, plus elastic hold-down straps to keep contents secure and organised.

Constructed from high-density 1682D ballistic nylon with a water-, stain- and abrasion-resistant DuraGuard® coating, this 24” Rollaboard® is built to last. It includes heavy-duty #10 zippers, smooth-rolling sealed ball-bearing inline skate wheels, superior screw construction, crash-guard wheel housings, corner guards, side feet, rubber skid guards and innovative “anti-crush” technology to help protect the extension handle tubes from damage.

The rugged extension handle system offers stop positions at 38", 40" and 42.5" for optimal comfort across different heights. A recessed push button minimises accidental handle activation, and the included add-a-bag strap with aluminium J-hook provides convenient carrying for totes or coolers. THREE YEAR COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY
The Travelpro warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.

In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.
