All your favourite features in a leaner size, built for professional use—the Travelpro® FlightCrew™ 5 Slim Expandable Rollaboard® is designed to fit in the overhead bins of most regional aircraft. Combining the most-requested features from pilots and flight attendants with commercial-grade construction, this compact carry-on also includes a zippered tapered expansion that adds up to 5 cm (2”) of additional packing space when needed.
Though slim in profile, this bag offers generous organisation with two exterior front pockets, a padded tablet sleeve, and a reinforced gusseted back pocket for quick access to essentials. Inside, a garment pocket is built into the lid, along with a top mesh pocket and adjustable webbing hold-down straps to keep contents secure.
Engineered for durability, it features high-density 1682D ballistic nylon fabric coated with water-, stain- and abrasion-resistant DuraGuard®. The Slim Expandable Rollaboard® is fitted with heavy-duty #10 zippers, smooth-rolling sealed ball-bearing inline skate wheels, robust screw construction, crash-guard wheel housings, corner guards, side feet, rubber skid guards, and innovative “anti-crush” technology to prevent damage to the extension handle tubes.
The rugged extension handle system includes stop positions at 38”, 40” and 42.5” for a comfortable roll at various heights, and a recessed push button minimises accidental activation. An add-a-bag strap with aluminium J-hook (included) provides convenient carrying options for totes or coolers. Backed by our Travelpro® 3-Year Commercial Use Warranty.
THREE YEAR COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY
The Travelpro warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier.
In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.

"good but overpriced"
"We now own 2 of these bags and can easily pack for a 4-5 day city break travelling on a budget airline where cabin bag size is prescribed. The bag is robust, well thought out with useful pockets at the front and rear, and the ability to expand the volume of the main compartment should that be needed. All zips are high quality and robust, with smooth rolling wheels."
