Frequently Asked Questions
What are the exact dimensions?
It measures 33 x 19 x 12 cm. It holds 6 litres.
Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a cabin bag?
On most airlines a bag like this travels as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size cabin bag in the overhead bin. Budget carriers can be strict about second-bag sizes, so check your airline's personal item dimensions to confirm. Our airline guide lists cabin bag rules by carrier.
How much does it hold?
The listed capacity is 6 litres.
Does it have RFID protection?
Yes. The ID TheftBlock™ pocket is RFID-blocking, shielding passports and cards from wireless skimming while you travel.
Is it water resistant?
Yes. The exterior fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy pavements and daily wear.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start a claim through our customer contact form with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase, or make sure your product is registered in our database. If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. You can also verify the coverage for your collection on our Warranty & Repair page.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric.
What warranty does this come with?
Travelpro products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, on top of your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. See our Warranty & Repair page for the coverage that applies to this product, plus a 14-day free returns period if you change your mind.

Reviews
Nice but smaller than expected
"The bag is really nice and well designed with excellent organization pouches and pockets. My ONLY complaint is it is smaller that I expected. 6L sounds good when you think about a 2L soda bottle but NO… I am not sure where they measured 6L but…. I have used it and really enjoy it but needed to order a different bag to accomplish what I wanted as this one is too small. I kept this one anyway as it is a really nice bag."
Slinging forward
"As a man, I like it’s style and size. It doesn’t look like a backpack, Murse, or Fanny pack. The hidden back pouch should be a little deeper for bigger phones. The magnetic closure closes with a little help when I place my iPhone 16 Pro Max with Speck case in there. The strap sometimes pulls the magnetic closure open. Otherwise, it is my favorite Sling bag so far."
Great small bag
"This is a great bag! It was a little small for my needs, but well built and I highly recommend it!"
BAG IS bigger than I
"BAG IS bigger than I thought with no shoulder pad"
Travel pro is the best luggage!!
"We are frequent travelers and have switched exclusively to Travel Pro. The new altitude cross body bag is an excellent addition to our collection. , especially on a short trip, You won’t need a big back pack to wedge under the seat. This bag fits very nice. Traveling pro might be a little more money but 100% worth the cost"
Excellent Quality
"This bag is like a one strap mini backpack! It has very thick padding in strap and body of the bag that offers a lot of protection. I think the bag is too large to work as a sling bag or touring bag. It a great size for small carryon if you don’t need to bring a laptop. The zippers and compartments are designed with storage and the traveler in mind but it is a little heavy to carry with items inside."
Versatile bag
"Very versatile, whether using it for work or leisure. Spacious enough to hold everything from a tablet for a quick work trip to water and energy bars for a bicycle ride. Stored items are easy to access in the many compartments. A plus would be adding an optional second strap for use as a backpack."
Crossbody bag
"This is a perfect bag for traveling. It has everything you need in 1 secure bag for your phone, travel documents, electronics, keys and even a spot for your tracking device. As with all Travelpro products I own it is durable."
Superior crossbody
"Great bag for a days journey around town or afar."
