In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.

"Bag itself is really nicely designed, plenty of space and pockets in a right places. Been happy for the bag, but I bought FlightCrew 5 spinner bag and this combo just doesn’t meet my eye or practical use. Putting Tote on top of the spinner makes it highly unstable especially when having iPad on holder. Have to adjust carefully other iPad to balance it. Combo falls very easily when you stop it when wheels are sideways. It just doesn’t stand up. You need to pull the bag so wheels turns 90 degrees and then you are able to have it standing without holding it. It is not too convenient to be cautiously careful with it when you travel with that combinations a week after week."
"Very good bag for its puspose. The laptop insert should be near the middle separator, otherwise it will bring the center of gravity to the front and cause the bag to tip over. It would be nice to have the hand strap in leather for higher comfort."
