1. Identification

Travelpro Products, Inc. is the seller of the products displayed on the Site. Travelpro Products, Inc. (from now on referred to as “Travelpro”, has its registered office at C/ Zurbano, 45, 1ª planta, 28010 Madrid, Spain. Our registration number is N4000502G.

2. Eligibility 

Participation is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older; and

  • Are legal residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

This giveaway runs from 9th February 2026 to 28th February 2026 inclusive.
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Prize

For the first month of this giveaway period (February 2026), the prize is:

  • One (1) Travelpro® Pathways™ 3.0 25″ Medium Check-In Hardside Expandable Spinner
    (approximate retail value: €215.
    This suitcase is durable and lightweight with eight 360° spinner wheels and expandable packing capacity.

Future monthly prizes will be announced by the Organizer at a later date.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Submit their name and valid email address via the official giveaway registration form on eu.travelpro.com during the giveaway period.

  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions and the processing of personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

Each person may enter once per giveaway period.

No purchase is necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received between 9th February 2026 and 28th February 2026.
Random selection ensures fairness and impartiality.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email on or before 1st March 2026 using the email address provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days at eucustomerservice@travelpro.com, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection laws (including GDPR).
Data collected will only be used to administer the giveaway and to contact the winner.

9. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit the statutory rights of consumers residing in the United Kingdom.
