Will this fit under an airline seat?

It is designed for the space under the seat in front of you: it measures 24 x 42 x 23 cm overall. Underseat clearance varies by aircraft and seat position, bulkhead and some window seats have less room, so on smaller regional aircraft it may need the overhead bin instead.

What are the exact dimensions?

It measures 24 x 42 x 23 cm. It weighs 1.05 kg and holds 22 litres.

Does this count as my cabin bag or my personal item?

On most airlines a bag this size travels as the small personal item, the bag that goes under the seat in front of you, which can let you bring a full-size cabin bag too. Personal item limits vary by airline and are often smaller than the underseat space itself, so check your carrier's published numbers. Our airline guide lists cabin bag limits for major European carriers.

Will it fit my laptop?

Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 15 inch (about 38.1 cm) screens. That covers the MacBook Air 13 and 15, MacBook Pro 14, Dell XPS 13 through 15, ThinkPad X1 Carbon, and Surface Laptop models. A 16-inch class laptop such as the MacBook Pro 16 will likely be too large for the sleeve. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start a claim through our customer contact form with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase, or make sure your product is registered in our database. If the issue is covered, Travelpro will repair the bag, replace the defective part, or replace the bag with a product of comparable value. You can also verify the coverage for your collection on our Warranty & Repair page.

How do I clean and care for it?

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hard shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance.

What warranty does this come with?

Travelpro products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, on top of your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. See our Warranty & Repair page for the coverage that applies to this product, plus a 14-day free returns period if you change your mind.
